So i did today (and yesterday) what i do everyday.
-Read romance manga
-Browse Reddit
-Go on facebook
-Play games
And not always in that order.


But anyway.


Tomorrow's is new years eve.
Should be an adventure tomorrow then.


Too bad i don't drink.
But i doubt that would be too much of a hindrance to someone such as myself...
MY USUAL DIGRESSION!


So i'm reading "Watashi ni xx Shinasai!" at the moment.
It's pretty good.
It's somehow all about love, without having any love...
How that is achieved, i will never know.


I also beat Infinity Blade II today.
Was good.
And now my character looks awesome.
And i have awesome weapons.
And i am unkillable.
DEAL WITH IT HATERS!


I've also noticed that whilst my room mate is away for the holidays. My place doesn't get messy.
Which is both good and not good.
It's good because i like a clean place with little effort.
But it's bad because my room mate will come back and the place will get messy again...

God it's good.

My favourite.

So i'm currently enjoying that.

Also, as an irrelevant side note-

I have just over a month until my lease ends. So i need to find a new place to move into.

Which is not fun...

I bought Infinity Blade II Today.

It's by far THE BEST iphone game i have ever played.

It's just so addictive!

I also read Corpse Party: Blood Covered today, and now i really want to play the game...

Seems like it would be a good one.

I'm also heading back to my place tomorrow, as i'm tired of seeing my family.

So i should get more reading done when i'm back there.

I'm also on the hunt for a new place to move into, as my current place's lease is to end soon.

I'm not sure if i want to move out by myself, or find a new room-mate.

But the prices, oh THE PRICES!

BOX FIGHTING

This post has nothing to do with boxes.

So iv'e been reading some yuri manga as of late.

It's been a while since i last read some.

Some of them are good, and others have art styles that i simply cannot get past. So i just choose to stop reading them...

But most are good.

Last night i read:

-Yuri Pop

-Caterpilla and Butterfly

-Nijipuri

All of them we're pretty good.

But Caterpilla and Butterfly was so short.

As in, 1 chapter.

But it was still good.

Even though it didn't really have an ending...

So yeah.

ALSO!

Iv'e found out that i'm the greatest at Mario & Sonic at the Olympic games London 2012.

Iv'e already set most of the world records, and are pretty unbeatable.

So i haven't read much manga lately. Too busy with that sweet, sweet Toradora!

watching it is like eating a sugar cube.

But iv'e finished re-watching it, and i also watched the recently released Toradora OVA.

It was about bento's.

no lie.

and i guess you could say it was set earlier on in the series, you know, before the whole kitamura and president thing. And possibly even before the cultural festival.

But still, not gonna' complain about getting more Toradora.

I knew exactly what was gonna' happen, but you still crept up on me...

So what am i doing now?

Just kinda floating around i guess.

Playing a few games.

And also Christmas in only a couple of days away. Should be exiting. Though i'm not expecting much.

I never do.

Ah, if only i could spend Christmas with my friends as well.

I mean, spending it with my family is fine and all.

But to able to celebrate with friends would be great.

Also, as a side note.

When i got to my parents house yesterday, i found a late birthday present from my aunty.

It was a nice necklace from her and my cousin.

And that bring my total 18th birthday gift count up to 3!

Haha, not much right? But i don't care. I hardly even celebrate my birthday regardless.

But all the presents were from women.

You know, because girls love me an whatnot...

No i don't care if 2/3 gifts were from family members. They're still females. GTFO ಠ_ಠ

Well, i finally finished Medaka Box. And i shall take the time to talk about it soon.

But first i must introduce the next manga.

This time it is none other than! "Code:Breaker (コード:ブレイカー)"

"Sakurakouji Sakura is a girl who appears modest and graceful but in reality is skilled in martial arts. After witnessing a boy burning people with his blue flame, she is startled to see that the same boy is a transfer student, Oogami Rei. Oogami is a Code Breaker, one who "does not exist". He is a seemingly cold-blooded killer who follows the principle of "an eye for an eye", to "use evil against evil". Convinced that killing is not right, Sakurakouji sets out to stop him and penetrate his icy heart."

So yeah. Another long one... this one falls just under 150 chapters... It's gonna' take ages again T^T

But now i shall talk about Medaka Box!

It was really good. I have no idea why it took me so long to read it... i guess games and other thing just got in the way.

But i just finished reading the latest release chapter, And the mangaka ended it by breaking the 4th wall.

Which is something i enjoy in any type of media.

He made the primary antagonist say "Just watch me, I will end this manga before the anime starts!".

Now the Medaka Box anime starts in April next year. So the mangaka pretty much publicly announced that he could end the manga in 3 months.

It would suck for it to end that quickly, but i admire the dedication of the author.

Either way, if he can't end it that soon, i'll be happy. But if he can, i'll be impressed.

So it's all good in the end.

AND THAT'S IT!

it will probably take me a while to finish this one, because of length, and the fact that Christmas is right around the corner... But i shall try my hardest none-the-less!

It's been a day, and yet i haven't finished the manga.

iv'e only made 1/5 of the way through...

So today, i played A LOT of dead island.

It's a really good game.

i borrowed it from my brother (who got it the day it came out). and decided to spend a solid day playing it.

Iv'e realised it's a lot better if you go online though. As playing by yourself just makes you feel lonely...

And right now i'm downloading FF-VII on my PS3.

YEEEAAAHHHHHH!

and it's been soooooooo long since iv'e played the game...

I seem to be writing a blog post a day now. but I think that's because iv'e been able to tear through a manga a day...

But anyways, I'm FINALLY finished with SUN-KEN ROCK. Took me a little while longer to read this one, as i didn't really get into it like i got into the other ones.

ALSO! I went to meet with some "real life friends". So that took a part out of my hectic manga reading schedule.

So Sun-ken rock was all right. But it's story was story was hard to connect to properly.

It was also the first manga that i had to read, that was not yet completed.

Maybe because finishing wasn't really FINISHING, kept me from reading it faster...

ANY WAY!

Now I'm on to DUN DUN DUN- "Medaka Box (最强会长黑神)"

"Kurokami Medaka, a first year, is elected as Student Council President, and the first thing she does is establish a suggestion box. Since she was just elected as Student Council President, she's holding all the Student Council's responsibilities, and wearing their armbands.

Interesting... hopefully it's good.

But it's 127 chapters, and i'm starting it quite late in the evening. So i may not be fortunate enough to finish it in 1 day...

So lets talk about Psyren... JUST KIDDING! i finished that yesterday.

now it's all about "SUN-KEN ROCK (サンケンロック)"

"Ken, a young Japanese guy, is in love with a young Korean girl Yumin. He followed her in Korea and wants to become a policeman just like her. But then, he finds himself at the head of a local gang. What will happen to Ken?"

So, this is an odd one.

It's a manga with the one drawing style that i dislike. It's not like it would be the first one iv'e read with that drawing style... But i still struggled with the others...

So i can't really say much about it at the moment. So instead lets shift back the Psyren

"BUT CRYPTED! YOU SAID PSYREN WAS IN THE PAST, AND THAT IT'S ALL ABOUT SUN KEN ROCK NOW!"

It was a REALLY good series. I advise everyone to drop everything important in their lives right now, and go and read it.

Wow, i'm actually updating? DAMN, IV'E GOT DEDICATION!

So this is the first update to my magnificent journey that is my "100 ROMANCE MANGA CHALLENGE!"

As i mentioned, i recently started on "Psyren (サイレン)"

"Yoshina Ageha is a high school student who offers to help people with their problems for 10,000 yen. He'll take care of your stalkers, find your lost animal, whatever you want. One day when he's heading home, a nearby pay phone rings, and he picks it up. The only thing he hears however is his own voice echoing. After finding a mysterious telephone card with the word 'Psyren' printed on it, his life suddenly changes as he is drawn into a crazy new world."

It's really good. It's got fighting, death, superpowers, ̶a̶ ̶t̶s̶u̶n̶d̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶g̶i̶r̶l̶ (Ignore that. Personal preference) What else is needed in a manga?

Oh, that's right... ROMANCE ಠ_ಠ

Iv'e noticed that a lot of these manga's are lacking just this. So why is it that my 100 romance manga challenge, has a severe lack of romance?

Well, it's because the list is comprised of the most viewed manga that have a romance "tag". Which means that it's possible that they have the tiniest little bit of romance in them...

But i digress. THE LIST IS LAW!

A Challenger Appears!

Hello non existent readers! It's good to see you again... or is it? Just kidding. I love you guys!

So as none of you know (i'm not even speaking to anyone, go figure...) I'm currently on holidays from my Uni. I have 2 1/2 months off, and in that time, i can tell that i'm going to get extremely bored... So i set myself a challenge! yes, yesterday i decided that i would spend the next 2 months, reading the top 100 most viewed ROMANCE manga on Mangafox.

Of course, i'm not going to read the manga's iv'e already read though, so that knocks off a fair chunk of the list. So much that i can actually knock the first 7 on the list, as they are already good enough for me to have read them.

So i skipped straight to "Defense Devil (ディフェンスデビル)"

So i started that last night.

And now i'm finished... Yeah, one day, that's all it took to read it. It wasn't even a full day. it was more like 19 hours. And it's not like i spent all of that time reading...

But anyway. Yeah, good series. The ending wasn't the best. But i still advise people read it.
